The Longshot (bought Winter '09, modified August '10)
Changes from original: Removed front barrel extension, removed tripod under barrel, removed logos, created a custom shotgun foregrip (to replace the awkwardly-positioned priming handle), removed air restrictor (darts go farther), added a targeting laser on the front directly under barrel (powered by 2 AAA batteries) with a switch, added a strap for easy carrying, and a custom paint job.

I created a new foregrip out of sheets of acrylic (plastic window), glued with epoxy, drilled, and painted. I also added the laser guide right below the barrel.
